Prices and payment

The prices on the website are always up to date. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT.

Shipping costs are invoiced separately.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

You do not have the right to withdraw if: The product has been used during the withdrawal period with your consent, the product cannot be returned due to its nature.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the goods in the same good condition as when you received them. You may not use them, but of course carefully examine them. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, please contact us via email.

Deliveries

Delivery time within Sweden is normally 5-15 working days. Outside Sweden delivery time may vary. If an item has a different delivery time, we will notify you!

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us.

Refund obligation: If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the goods. You will be responsible for the return costs when you return the goods.
